Social Media Marketing Intern

Selected candidate with outstanding performance may be considered to be converted into a full time role after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Create dynamic content for TikTok

  • Copywriting for Social Media Posts

  • Liaise with clients from different accounts

  • Plan and Manage Social Media calendars

  • Engage with followers and answer enquiries

  • Keep up to date with industry changes and the latest in social media design

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will be required to create creative content for marketing platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok, and manage our client accounts. Our ideal candidate is obsessed with all things Social Media and completely in tune to the latest trends.

Selected candidate with outstanding performance may be considered to be converted into a full time role after 6 months.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, degree or experience in social media work

  • Experience with TikTok platform

  • A keen eye for aesthetics

  • Highly motivated and proactive

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to turn around designs and copy quickly

  • Able to work independently, methodically and meet deadlines

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Some Photography skills required

Part-time Communications / Telemarketing

Selected candidate with outstanding performance may be considered to be converted into a full time role after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and messages and direct customers to the right channels

  • Call and message interested customers to schedule appointments

  • Follow up with customer and client enquiries

  • Extract customer leads from relevant platforms

  • Plan and Manage Social Media calendars

  • Organise and keep track of customer leads

As a part-time, work-from-home Communications / Telemarketer, you will be assisting with all client enquiries, delivering purpose-led brand messaging and positioning, and helping to make appointments for specific services.

Our ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be familiar with answering phone calls and messages in a time sensitive manner.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, degree or experience

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Familiarity with making calls and responding to client messages

  • Able to work independently, methodically and meet deadlines

  • Highly motivated, proactive and organised
